Cash Donations

The easiest way for you to support us is through a cash donation to our Just Giving page www.justgiving.com/whickhamschool-sportscollege. We are a registered charity and donating in this way is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe, and JustGiving will never sell them on or send you unwanted emails. Once you donate, your money goes directly to Whickham School and Sports College Charity.  We are also registered for Gift Aid which not only means that every penny you raise comes to us tax-free but also if you are a UK Taxpayer we can claim an extra 25% on top of your donation at no cost to you.

Fundraising

Why not organise your an event, it could be anything from a sponsored silence to a dance-a-thon. You could get creative and host your own event – it’s a great opportunity to raise funds whilst having fun with family and friends, from coffee mornings or girls’ nights in to bake sales, community car wash days or a Karaoke night at your local – the possibilities are limitless.  A great way to raise funds is by clearing out the clutter.  Earn money for old rope (or shoes, or curtains, or books for that matter) by holding a boot sale or on-line auction and donate the proceeds to us. Setup your own just giving page by going to our campaign page https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/WhickhamNewSchool and selecting the “Start Fundraising” button so we can watch your progress and maximise your support by sharing it across our networks.

Gift Matching

Why not make your gift to Whickham School go even further and maximise your donation to make a bigger impact.   You could ask your employer if they have a gift/donation matching programme, contact your HR department for more information.  If you think your employer may be interested in giving too or would like to hear more about our corporate sponsorship opportunities then we would like to hear from you so we can make the appropriate approaches to them with your support.
